Standard terms and conditions
- Minimum assignment length required is 6 hours. If you need to book a relief driver for more than 10 hours then kindly let us know in advance to discuss this.
- Booking fee is $45.00 which is non-refundable. Fees become payable upon the confirmation of your request. Should you need to cancel a booking for any reason please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in levy of $287.00.
- We recommend at-least 7 working days booking notice to guarantee any confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to availability, If we are unable to serve your request you will be notified at-least 3 days before the commencement of an assignment.
- You are required to sign “Acceptance Letter* before we serve you for any request. If you allow us to proceed without signing it you are deemed to accept our terms & conditions.
